Getting Naturally Organized

Every client and every space is different, so my process starts with really listening to you. How you live, what you own, and what you need is essential to create your real lasting solution. From there, I build a system that fits your home and your habits, using what you already have whenever possible to keep things sustainable and budget-friendly.

My Approach

Empathy and understanding is at the core of my approach. Before I touch a single shelf or bin, I want to understand how you actually live—your daily routines, your pain points, the things you use every day versus the things you're holding onto out of guilt or "just in case." I also take time to learn what you value: the possessions that carry meaning, and the ones that are just taking up space.

With this context, through the act of thoughtfully decluttering and categorizing, I build a system that fits your home and your habits. I don’t bring the same generic template to every home, instead I consider your actual physical space, account for how your brain works and how your household actually functions. Some clients want minimalist and streamlined; others want a system with more visual warmth or flexibility. I meet you where you are.

Sustainability is also at the heart of how I work. In a culture that pushes constant buying, I default to using what you already have—repurposing bins, baskets, and storage you own before recommending something new. And when we do declutter, I help you think carefully about what to let go of, what to donate or sell, and what to store away thoughtfully, so you're not left re-buying the same items a year later.

The result isn't just a tidy space—it's a system you can actually maintain, built around your life instead of someone else's idea of "organized."

The Process

  1. Set Your Goals
We start with a conversation—what's not working, what you need, and what "organized" looks like for you.

  2. Assess Your Space
Take measurements, determine categories, space plan and sketch out the anticipated system that fits your real life.

  3. Sort the Stuff
Together, we sort what to keep, donate, or let go—thoughtfully, and with sustainability in mind. I have a painless system to make this work fly by in no time.

  4. System in Place
I place everything into the space in an a functional, beautiful system tailored to your home, habits, and personality.
