Meet Your Organizer
Hi, I'm Shannon. Welcome to Naturally Organized!
If you've ever heard someone say "you're just naturally organized," you'll understand where the name came from. It's what people have called me my whole life. I’m the friend who reorganizes your kitchen while visiting, the one who can't relax in a cluttered room, the girls’ trip attendee who made the spreadsheet, the person who loves to have a system for everything. For years, I tried to keep that energy humming quietly in the background. Now I’m finally letting it play full volume.
Before this, I spent most of my career in tech, most recently as a Director of Project Management leading teams through complex digital projects. I was good at it—building process, managing chaos, helping people work better together. But eventually the pace and pressure caught up with me, and I burned out like a dying star. It forced me to ask what I actually wanted my work to feel like. The answer surprised me and also made complete sense: I wanted to use everything I knew about process and systems, but in a way that felt personal, human, and slower. I craved real-life, in-person human connections instead of zoom calls and emails.
That's what led me to professional organizing, and to founding Naturally Organized.
I'm deeply empathetic by nature, and I do my best work one-on-one, in real homes, with real people. I especially love working with neurodivergent clients, because I understand that "organized" doesn't mean one specific look or system, especially for brains like ours. Being organized can look very different from home to home. Your home should actually work for your brain, your habits, and your life. Finding that balance for yourself when we’re all so busy, pressured and overwhelmed is no easy task. So there's no shame, no judgment, and no assumption that you should already have this figured out. Some of the most meaningful moments in this work happen when I show a client that their space can support them instead of stressing them out.
My background is a little unconventional for this field—project management, marketing, even years working in fine art logistics and curatorial work—but it all shows up in how I organize. I'm process-minded and detail-oriented, but I also care about beauty, story, and the meaning behind the things people own. I don't believe in generic bins-and-labels solutions. I believe in listening first.
At the end of the day, this work is really about peace of mind. A calmer home, an easier morning, a little more room to breathe. If that's what you're looking for, I'd love to help.
